Coaching Services

Make the first step today.

Many of our goals remain dreams. This does not need to be the case. Take your future into your own hands and get the most out of your life. But be careful, once you start, there is no turning back – in a positive way!

“Be open to positive change in your life by focusing on the next step only. Did you know that it is often the little things that make a BIG difference?”

Coaching I Areas

In general, coaching is possible on any desired topic, whereby the goal of each coaching session is usually determined at the beginning of each coaching session. The GROW approach uses a holistic coaching model that considers all aspects that may have a direct or indirect impact on the desired outcome. The questioning technique I use ensures that all influencing factors become apparent and can be taken into account. This in turn has a beneficial effect on the progress, self-motivation and ultimately the achievement of your desired goal.

Coaching Offer

Individual Coaching

The majority of my business and performance coaching sessions are individually tailored 1:1 coaching sessions, which can take place online or in person.

Group Coaching

My group coaching sessions for approx. 5 – 15 people usually take place online on pre-arranged dates, yet can also be requested for specific dates.

Team Coaching

In teams of three or more people, team coaching is a useful and effective tool to improve performance, collaboration and motivation within a department.

I prepare customized coaching workshops and seminars that specifically address the issues, pain points and challenges of your specific company.

Coaching I Stile

In Person

Depending on your chosen coaching area and preferences, we can arrange in person coaching sessions.

Most of my coaching sessions currently take place online as this ensures maximum flexibility.

By Phone

In certain situations, phone calls can help to focus even more on what is being said without getting distracted.

An interactive format is usually used for workshops, seminars and group/team coachings.

Coaching I FAQ

How do I choose my coaching topic?

If you already have a clear idea of what you would like to be coached on, this is ideal. However, many of my clients come to me because they do not know exactly what their priorities in life are. Some want to work on what their goals are or they sometimes simply feel “stuck” in life. In either case, there are various exercises that we can do throughout our coaching sessions to identify your specific pain points and priorities in life. If you have an open mindest, are willing to change and are motivated to finally get started with prioritizing your own life, you have come to the right place!

How long does a coaching session last?

My coaching sessions usually last around 50 minutes each. Within this time frame, we usually have enough time and flexibility to work on specific coaching goals, analyze them in detail, overcome so-called “limiting beliefs” and derive measures to get one step closer to your desired goal. If you believe you need less or more time, we can arrange coaching sessions of 30 – 120 minutes each, what is most important is that you learn to trust your own intuition regarding what works for you.

What is a reasonable coaching interval?

The ideal coaching interval depends entirely on how many topics you would like to work on and how quickly you want to progress. While one coaching session may be enough for some people, I see many of my clients at weekly, bi-weekly or monthly intervals.

How do we start our collaboration?

In Coaching, like in any other relationship, it is important to ensure that the coach and coachee are a good fit, like each other and harmonize overall. It is therefore always a mutual decision as to whether a coaching relationship can be entered into. During an initial 15-minute meeting, I briefly introduce myself, explain my coaching approach and ask questions about your goals and motivation. You can also use this time to ask me any questions you may have. If our conversation goes well, we can immediately set up an appointment for our first coaching session.
